Elisa Sampinato

Elisa Spampinato is an Anthropologist, Impact Storytelling Strategist and founder of Traveller Storyteller, where she developed The Hidden Story Framework™— a methodology that helps tourism businesses, destinations and community initiatives uncover the hidden social, cultural and community impact they often overlook. Through storytelling, training and strategic consultancy, she supports organisations in recognising their own value before communicating it ethically and effectively.

Drawing on more than 20 years of international experience across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia, Elisa works with Tourism Boards, NGOs, community enterprises and purpose-driven travel businesses to strengthen local voices, advance women's participation, support the self-empowerment of Indigenous and rural communities, and create more inclusive narratives. She is also a writer whose work explores the intersection of tourism, culture, community development and social impact.
