Estefania del Azar

Estefanía del Azar is a communications and marketing professional currently working as Communications Manager at the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). With an entrepreneurial background, she co-founded her own advertising agency and has collaborated with brands, agencies, and media groups on strategic communications and brand development. Passionate about telling stories that inspire, connect, and contribute to meaningful change, she is proud to be an Associate at Equality in Tourism.

As a lifelong learner and passionate reader, Estefanía is deeply curious and committed to expanding her knowledge around innovation, AI, sustainable travel, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Drawing on her lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult, she advocates for creating more representative spaces and increasing awareness of invisible disabilities. Based in the western mountains of Madrid, Spain, Estefanía lives with her family and beloved animals and continues to lead the local community book club she founded in 2021.
