Inclusive Travel

The Inclusive Travel Forum (ITF) is a professional community and industry platform working to help create a more inclusive, accessible and culturally aware travel industry.

They bring together travel professionals, businesses, destinations and industry experts to share knowledge, build capability and turn inclusive intentions into practical action. Through events, training, research, resources and peer learning, ITF supports organisations to embed inclusion across the experiences they create for colleagues, customers and communities.

Their work explores the issues shaping the future of inclusive travel, including accessibility, cultural awareness, race and representation, religion and faith, LGBTQ+ inclusion, neurodiversity, inclusive marketing and communications, and the changing expectations of travellers.

The Forum provides a space for the industry to have open and constructive conversations, learn from lived experience and good practice, and develop practical approaches that improve both the traveller experience and business outcomes.
